Dr. Jeff Plaster, DC

After years of hard work and strenuous studying, I began practicing as a professional Doctor of Chiropractic in 2016. My extensive medical knowledge is combined with an ongoing curiosity to learn about the latest trends, which continues to define my success in the medical and chiropractic fields.

I grew up in the small town of Cedarburg, WI, just north of Milwaukee. From there, I attended Iowa State University in Ames, IA, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health and discovered my true passion for health. While in undergrad, I experienced chiropractic care for the first time. It was so life-changing that I devoted all my time and effort to becoming a chiropractor, earning my Doctorate from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN.

I pride myself on being an expert in my field, and school courses alone were never enough. I attended 47 seminars before graduation to deepen my expertise, and I have done extensive research into corrective care and structural rehabilitation of the spine, which sets me apart from the rest. Today, at Eagle Trace Spine & Sport in Burnsville, MN, I bring that commitment to every patient — helping active people and families move and feel their best through drug-free, non-surgical care.
