Your new patient special ($47) covers your initial consultation, a comprehensive exam, any X-rays we determine are needed, your report of findings, and — when clinically appropriate — your first adjustment. We review everything with you before any treatment begins.

Bring your ID and insurance card (if you're using insurance), and wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Arrive a few minutes early to complete your intake paperwork — or fill it out ahead of time if we send it over.

Plan for about 45–60 minutes so we have time for a complete consultation, exam, and — when appropriate — your first treatment the same day.

For most people, no. Adjustments are gentle and many patients feel relief right away. You may hear a soft "pop" as pressure releases from a joint — that's normal and not painful. We tailor every technique to your comfort and explain what we're doing first.
